dotRock

dotRock is a collaboration of Paul Aziz and Michael Ruris. They met in 2005 and quickly realized they had a similar musical vision of integrating live music with electronic production. It wasn’t until the beginning of 2008 when their ideas began to materialize. They have played a dozen shows or so over the past few years highlighted by multiple curbside performances at the Bay to Breakers race in San Francisco.
With laptops and guitars as there tools, they simultaneously create music on the fly while feeding off of each others sounds. The flexibility and the creativity of their musical style is definitely worth keeping your ears open for. Stay tuned!
